How long does it take to notice the effects of Rogaine and do I need it?

Hair History

I've always had thick black hair, although it is very curly. In recent years as a result of dying it and using hair products, I've noticed the front and back of my scalp thinning a little bit - the hair's become whispy. I first noticed the thinning when I was 16, but this was after the first time I bleached my hair.

I don't think there is any genetic history of male hair loss in my family, so i'm not sure what's causing it - it could be a lack of sleep as I've only been getting 3-4 hours of it a night for the past year, if not the hair products from earlier years.

I hear that Rogaine can help regrow hair in most men but that it also sheds some of your hair and likely needs to be continually used for a lifetime. At 21, am I too young to be using it?. Is there a chance my hair follicles will regrow if I leave them alone without using Rogaine? If I do decide to go for this product, is it true that I will lose any hair regrown if I stop using it after the first few months?

Dont go out and buy anything expensive.

First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)

Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)

Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)

Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed %26amp; remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!

The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower

You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.
