Hair question..please answer!?

Im 17 years old..about a month ago i got a perm for the 2nd time in 5 years. Well a couple days after..my hair somewhat broke off at the top ( that happened the first time too, but grows back quickly) so i didnt worry. But then i know im retarded but i dyed it using just a store product (bad idea i know..you dont have to tell me twice!). and for the past few weeks ive been noticing every time in the shower a little more than usual hair comes out. After i get out, i comb it and a lot comes out..but thats usually how it always was. BUT then ill blow dry and even more comes out..and ill be sitting at my desk at school...and i look at the tips of my hair with whitish bulbs at the end of the strands that are coming out fall to the ground. Its not a severe hair loss...its not coming out in clumps or anything. Its just more than normal. I read on the internet it should be about 3-6 months before back to normal.

Any input on this? Im nervous.. i have fine hair to begin with!

Just deep condition every week and use a moisturizer to help bring the moisture back in it. When you perm your hair your are altering the protein bonds in your hair causing them to be pulled out of their normal molecular structure. Because of that they are weak. To help with this may I suggest adding a protein treatment to your regime to help restore the protein loss or weakened. I use infusium 23 repairology leave in conditioner. Also may I suggest you also try other infusium 23 products.

Dyeing your hair dries out the hair strand. Because you dyed your hair, your hair loss moisture so moisturizing almost daily with help.

you shouldn't do perm ,they're bad for your hair...

It's probably just damage. To reduse it wash your hair less, don't get perms and stop dyeing your hair (if you really want to, you can dye it with herbal tea. i don't know the details. check it out on google. it works! just not as well). use heat protection shampoos and/or conditioners and/or detanling spray. Sunsilk Therma Shine is pretty good. use it before your blow dry your hair or put it through any other type of intense heat. it actually works! Better yet, don't blow dry your hair! If it keeps happening, go see a doctor.
