I was diagnoised with overactive thyroid, one of the symptons is hair loss.?

Does anyone know of a product that will promote hair growth?

I was diagnoised with overactive thyroid, one of the symptons is hair loss.?

I have Hypothyroidism which is suppose to cause hair loss also. I found at the health food store a vitamin/herb for hair loss %26amp; hardending nails that seems to be pretty effective for hair. Hasn't done anything for my nails tho. Good Luck
