all of the Aussie products are very good. I started using them when I felt my hair was fried from coloring it too much... try the "Moist" shampoo and conditioner and once a week use the "3-minute miracle" conditioner instead and leave it on as long as you can (3 minutes or more) you should notice a difference... it helped mine.
