Hi..am a 25 years old male...need help from you people out there about hair loss.?
First of all stop taking roaccutane. It's bad for your liver in the long run. Here's a thorough answer on both hair loss and acne, hope it helps.
How much hair have you been losing anyway? 100-ish strands per day is pretty normal... I'd worry only if you're losing much more than that. Hair is made up of protein, so make sure that you consume enough protein every day (3x1-2 servings per day, 1 serving equal to 1 egg or meat or tofu the size of your fist). In addition to that, you need to be drinking 3 glasses of milk or 3 servings of yogurt per day to be nourishing your body properly.
If you're having a hard time fulfilling that requirement, then you need to supplement by taking food supplements that's made of real food (whole plants) and cultivated organically. I recommend Nutrilite. I take Nutrilite Protein Powder, Calcium Magnesium, Daily, Bio C, Omega 3, and B Complex. To learn more about this company or how nutrition works, go to www.nutrilite.com; it is the most transparent supplement company website available on the internet because they have high quality products, integrity, and ethical standards. To buy go to www.Quixtar.com.
The second step, of course, is to combat hair loss by treating your hair well. Find a shampoo that is mild, that you can use very small quantities of frequently and that strengthens and repairs your hair. Find a conditioner that nourishes your hair properly. Protect it with leave-on moisturiser and serum. And deep-condition it every week to give you a healthy scalp and fresh, bouncy hair.
If you want to depend on the supermarket, use Pantene. It's probably the best brand out in the market. But I personally use Satinique. Using Satinique, I have lost almost 50% as much hair per wash compared to when I was using Pantene. I use Satinique Volumising Shampoo and Volumising Detangler in the shower, towel dry, then follow up with Leave-and-Lock-In Protector, Hi-Gloss Serum, and Scalp Serum. For best results, use Intensive Repair Masque once or twice a week. Your secret weapon is the Scalp Serum and Intensive Repair Masque. You can buy through www.Quixtar.com.
The best way to kill acne is to get some high quality oil-control or clarifying skin care that contains ginseng, cucumber extract, and vitamin A. wash, tone, treat, and moisturise (yes, even oily skin needs moisturising... the good kind of moisturiser can actually help fight the acne).
I recommend Artistry, available exclusively through www.Quixtar.com. I used to have acne problems but now no more. Artistry has the same quality standards as Clinique, Lancome, and Estee Lauder, but is much more affordable compared to those brands. These are the products I personally use: Clarifying Cleanser, Clarifying Toner, Blemish Control, Vitamin C+Wild Yam, Skin Refinishing Lotion, and Balancing Moisturiser SPF 15--it only takes 10 minutes to use them all; twice a day will give you excellent skin. 3 times a week I wash with Polishing Scrub or do the Pore Cleansing Masque. You can buy Clarifying Cleanser, Clarifying Toner, and Balancing Moisturiser at extra discount as "Artistry Clarifying System". Don't be too generous in using these products--quality products work effectively in meagre quantities, and they're designed to last a long way.
Oh, and don't forget to combat this from the inside. For the perfect skin, drink 3-4 litres of pure water each day. Discipline yourself to carry a bottle around and take sips every half hour or so. Also, take Nutrilite MultiCarotene (pro-vitamin A), Bio C, Wheat Germ E, Omega3, and Primrose Plus. I personally take all of these and they really do make a difference to my skin. The Primrose helps regulate the hormones that control your oil glands, while Vitamin E and Omega3 washes away bad cholesterol/fats from your body, including those that block your pores and oxidise as ugly acnes. Vitamin A is the most effective combatant against acne. But to distribute Vitamin A and E (lipid-soluble antioxidants) to your body, you need Vitamin C as its carrier (because Vitamin C is water-soluble and the blood that transport the nutrients is made of water).
Result expectations: you will feel a difference in the way your hair feels after your first wash with Satinique, but it will take a week or two to reduce the quantity of your hair loss. You will also feel that your skin is a lot smoother after your first use of Artistry, but it will take some 2-3 weeks of regular, twice daily usage of all the products I mentioned in order for your face to start clear up, and 2-3 months before acne scars begin to disappear. With Nutrilite it'll take about a month of daily consumption before it kicks in. Results are best when you also adjust your diet: high protein, high fibre, low carb, and raw vegetables and fruit in abundance.
Protein Powder: 2x1 scoop per day, take with a glass of milk or other beverage
Calcium Magnesium:4x1 or 2x2 per day, best taken before meals
Daily (multivitamin and minerals): 1x1 per day
Omega 3: 2-3x1 per day
B Complex: 3x1 per day
Bio C: 3x1 per day
MultiCarotene: 1x1 per day
WheatGerm E: 1x1 per day, best taken with 1 Bio C before bed
Disclaimer: do not take Omega 3 if you have a bleeding problem or your blood doesn't clot properly (for example: women having period, hemorrhage, or that disease that only some men have where they can bleed to death from even a razor nick because their blood doesn't clot). Because Omega 3 has the effect of making the blood easier to flow... normally a healthy effect, but not in the cases of the situations mentioned.

Here a few simple home remedies which can be tried at home to control hair fall. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea. Massage well and shampoo.Rub oil into the scalp. Wring out a towel in hot water and wrap it on the head. Keep it on for 15 minutes. Shampoo and dry well. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.
