I am only 23 years old and Im already losing my hair. I want to know if theres any products that will help me grow back my real hair and wont damage my scalp or my hair? Im a Guy just so you know.

It could be heredity..how about others in your family? Avoid hot showeres, use lukewarm water for the hair, eat a multi-vitamin tablet every day and foods rich in Vitamin E. Good luck!
