Try oiling ur hair with olive, castor or almond oil heated indirectly.Apply this warm oil to ur scalp in gentle anti-clockwise massaging movements using ur fingertips. Then wrap a towel dipped into tolerably wam water, with the water wrung out.Keep the warm towel wrapped on ur head for 20minutes,then shampoo off with a special formulation for healthy hair.U could also try using a hair-pack consisting of 1egg,2tbs olive oil mixed together. It makes ur hair shine with health too.Applying yoghurt to ur scalp helps hair regrowth %26amp; reduces hair loss too.Take vitamin B-complex to aid hair health.try not to treat ur hair to harsh chemicals by perming/coloring it..Massage ur scalp as mentioned before, even without applying hair oil,it promotes hair growth.

Good luck!!

well the very first reason of hair loss is poor diet so eat a lot of fresh leafy vegetables and fruits and drink at least 10glasses of water a day. and keep ur hair clean by washing it atleast once in 2 days. and regular exercise is very important for your hair to grow thick. If u still have problems visit your family doctor he will suggest some vitamin supplements.
