Try viewing this Dateline NBC video on hair loss. Might give you some ideas. It reviewed Propecia, Rogaine, Viviscal, laser hair comb, and hair transplant with 5 men over 1 year. The results are encouraging. One of the guys plan to mix and match the treatment. I believe it's the laser hair comb with Propecia for future growth.

I say if you have a nice shaped head then just shave it off then go to a tanning bed to get a little color to it. I shaved mine at 20 and at 26 now, the girls still love it! =] Ask the question to the ladies if a bald shaved head is sexy or not on a guy.

Just shave your head.

I hope you are not using any shampoo at all. Stopping the use of shampoo reduces hair fall by about 30-40%.

I don't know where you are from, but in India there are certain powders like soapnut powder, shikakai powder, neem powder and amla powder. If you mix these to make a paste, apply it on your head and leave it on for half an hour before bathing, it will surely help you. You can use the powder to wash your hair everyday too - and leave it on for half hour twice a week.

Also, apply 1/2 tsp oil (coconut or brahmi) everyday and wash your hair Everyday. Taking a head bath everyday reduces hairfall drastically.

i do not know of any ideas to help speed up the growth of hair but i guess healthy hair will aids hair growth...

use egg white after u shampoo your hair. after shampooing your hair, rinse off then apply egg white on hair n scalp, leave it on for 5-10mins and rinse off wit cold water then use ur conditional.

it works for me but u have to constantly do it... maybe once every 2-3days. do it for 3months n u will see the long lasting result. (the duration depends on how worse ur hair condition is currently)

only use the egg white n not the egg york. coz egg white has protein. depend on ur hair length, if urs is short, 1 will do, if long, maybe u will need 2.

eggs are cheaper alternative for hair care treatment.

do not try this method if u r allergic to eggs.

u can also try adding salt when shampooing your hair, it will prevent hair loss n ur hair will not turn white so fast...(it is nv too early to do prevention) my mum is using tis method now and it works too. =)

i know for a fact that for male pattern hair loss only finasteride and minoxidil (regain) is scientifically proven to prevent hair loss, because male pattern baldness is caused by hormones in our body so "hair loss" products that stimulate blood circulation and various other things do not help. however i personally feel that the both, has not been able to encourage the regrowth of hair. the only way is to go for a hair transplant, this method puts hair back on the bald areas, and is a permanent solution, though a costly one.
